This site's mission is direct, effective and simple:
Supported by the Rx Cannabis Users Bill Of Rights, our goal is to help create, educate, report and install the principals of consumer protection in the Rx Cannabis industry. To accomplish this, we have created a simple, reasonable and effective, consumer based legislative agenda that's specifically designed to enhance product quality while ensuring that consumers get what they pay for.
With that in mind, we want to let you know that this is a starting point, one that will no doubt create quality discussions. As such, we do want to hear from you - if you have an idea or want to comment on ours, simply contact me personally at: Michael Ross
Finally, I want to say this: this industry is at a turning point - many have invested time, energy and money on their projects, and we should not let them be put out of business. Conversely, if they are to stay in business, shouldn't there be some sort of standards and codes that they should follow other than simply Prop 215?
