Thank you for stopping by and looking into the nation’s only cannabis seed bank. RXCannabis.com understands the connection between the importance of California Agriculture and the fact that the California Board of Equalization states that California produces (agriculturally) approximately $1 billion worth of the world’s highest quality RX Cannabis product a year. As such, we have designed this site to be used by two types of people:
- Consumers who are looking for high quality RX Cannabis seeds and do not want to get ripped off; and
- Those who have developed their own seed strains and want those strains branded, catalogued, recognized, patented and saved for future generations.
As I hope you can see from the pages of this site, the goal of RXCannabis.com is simple: to help bring consumer protection concepts and principles to the Rx Cannabis industry. This section focuses on how consumer protection can be implemented at the most basic of core levels: the RX Cannabis Seed Industry.
Specifically, RXCannabis.com believes that the same standards and consumer protection concepts that are currently in effect for other crops, should be supported and uniformly applied to all RX Cannabis produced and sold in California. We have taken this position for two reasons, with the first being that we not only want to ensure the highest quality product for the market place, but also want to ensure that high quality seeds are available for use by consumers in the future (as required by California Seed Law - Food and Agricultural Code).
Since we hold ourselves to a much higher standard than the “other guys”, we have designed and focused the themes found in this section into two programs. The first program is designed to help save and develop the highest quality cannabis produced in the world, while the second is designed to help consumers find authenticated, high quality seeds that under the right conditions, will produce the highest quality RX Cannabis.
As this section of the site develops, we hope that you will check back often and see what we have to offer, comment on how we are doing and find out how you can get directly involved in the process of protecting the RX Cannabis’s future, just like they do for Corn, Wheat and hundreds of other seed varieties!
